Bingo Tracks provides a Spotify-based bingo game service that allows users to create and play bingo games using their Spotify playlists.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are shown in euro, US dollars or Norwegian kroner and include any applicable VAT. The seller is Base 12 AS, organization number 930002615, Nedre Banegate 41, 4014 Stavanger, Norway. Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. on our behalf; Mollie does not become the seller. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; no fees are added afterwards.

Current pricing is available at bingotracks.com/pricing. We may change our prices. Any price change will:

• Be communicated to Host plan members by email before it applies to them
• Take effect for the Host plan at your next renewal
• Not affect a game pass or a Host plan year you have already paid for

By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Base 12 AS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Exceed usage limits repeatedly
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Conduct activities we construe as sales malpractices

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". We make no warranties about:

• Service availability
• Accuracy of search results
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Third-party services integration

Base 12 AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We are not responsible for any changes made to Spotify playlists after the generation of your bingo materials. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Playlists being made private or deleted
• Songs being removed from playlists
• Changes to playlist content or order
• Any other modifications that may affect the playability of your bingo game

While we strive to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee the continued availability or accessibility of any Spotify playlist content. Users are responsible for ensuring the continued availability of their chosen playlists.
